In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.

Why do we collect this personal information?
We collect and process this personal information as necessary to aid the recruitment and invoicing processes. By registering your details directly via CV submission or responding to an advert you consent to us collecting this personal information and sharing it with potential clients and employers in order to support our recruitment service.

Who do we disclose personal information to?
We will only pass on information about you as an individual to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you or with your prior consent. Access to your personal information is only provided to our staff and third parties who help us to process data in order to help with the recruitment process. Personal information will also be passed to prospective clients and employers.

Under the Employment Agencies Act, Apjobs is obliged to hold your data for 12 months after it was last used. After a period of non-usage we will archive your account.
